Position Description

Emergency Department RN – Full-Time, Nights

Join a busy, Level II Trauma Center known for its strong team culture, comprehensive benefits, and commitment to training. This 56-bed ED sees 200-300 patients per day, with behavioral health patients separated from the main unit. Nurses benefit from self-scheduling, cross-training opportunities, and a competitive pay structure with stackable shift differentials.

  • Competitive Pay – $28.30 - $46.40/hr based on experience, plus:
  • $4.50/hr nights
  • $3.50/hr evenings
  • $2.50/hr weekends
  • Strong Team Support – Three nursing stations and a structured ED workflow

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 6+ months ER or Med/Surg experience
  • Preferred: ER experience
  • Certifications: ACLS & BLS (required after orientation), TNCC (within 1 year)
  • Education: ADN or BSN

Shifts & Scheduling:

  • Shifts: 7PM - 7AM
  • Weekends: 5 shifts per 6 weeks
