Dear Chapter Members,
We are pleased to announce that nominations are open for the Dallas Chapter of AACN board positions!
If interested, please submit a completed nomination form electronically before or on April 15, 2024. The nomination form and information about roles and responsibilities are attached.
We have “elect” positions to help you learn and transition into these roles successfully. AACN has excellent resources to help you throughout this fantastic journey of professional growth to lead the chapter. We will stand at your side through it all.
Nurses rise together, rooted in strength, forged in fire, and growing in power. Rising together, we support and create our new path forward as leaders in healthcare. Participating in your local chapter will make a measurable difference at your workplace, professional organization, and community.
Whatever your strengths are, we have something for you. Talk to one of the board members for more details. The future of nursing is yours. We need you!

Now – April 15th, 2024
Election for the nominees:
Voting – Late April/ May
Election results:
Results will be announced in June, and the board retreat will be held in June or July. The new board will start on July 1, 2024.
